Call Order in Criminal Combined Court

Information Note

This Information Note relates to the order in which matters will be called in the Criminal Combined Court at the Children's Court at Perth.

Subject to the discretion of the presiding judicial officer, matters in the Criminal Combined Court will be called on in the following order of priority:

  1. Safety/welfare issues.
  2. Accused in custody.
  3. Adjournments.
  4. Seniority of Counsel.
