Practice Direction 3 of 2022 - Revocation of Practice Directions

1. Purpose of Practice Direction

The purpose of this Practice Direction is to formally revoke various Practice Directions issued by the Children's Court of Western Australia.

2. Revocation of Practice Directions

The following Practice Directions are revoked with effect from the date of this Practice Direction:

  1. 2 of 2006 - Procedure for Entry and Inspection Warrant applications under s 231 of the Children and Community Services Act 2004;
  2. 2 of 2022 - Public Notice and Practice Direction Covid-19.
